Visit the EllaJobs employers dashboard and select a credit package. Payment is processed securely via Flutterwave. Once paid, access is activated instantly or within a few minutes.
We only offer refunds for duplicate payments or technical errors. All other purchases (e.g., job posts, CV rewrites, or staffing services) are non-refundable once service begins.
Log in to your account and go to the “Invoices” section. All past transactions and exportable receipts are stored there.

We offer flexible pricing. We offer a trial of 10 FREE job listings. Featured or urgent listings are priced affordably in your local currency (₦ Naira) or USD/EUR.

After payment via Paystack, Flutterwave, or PayU, your receipt is emailed to you automatically. You can also download all past receipts from your account dashboard.

No. A CV is required to apply for most jobs on EllaJobs. We recommend uploading a clean, updated CV in PDF format.
Ensure your profile is 100% complete, tailor your CV to each role, and consider using our CV Review service to strengthen your application. Apply early and follow up when appropriate.
No, basic access is free. However, we offer optional Premium Access for exclusive listings, early access to high-paying jobs, and CV review tools.
Yes! Use the “Review My CV” button on this website and complete the steps. Our CV specialists will assess and rewrite your CV for remote-readiness, employer appeal, and global relevance.
