A fast-growing US-based startup is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join their remote operations team. As a Virtual Assistant, you'll handle communications, scheduling, basic data entry, and task coordination while supporting their leadership team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar and email communications for executives
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and follow-us
  • Perform data entry and light CRM updates
  • Research and compile information as needed
  • Provide administrative support and reminders

Required Skills & Tools

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, Trello or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
