A fast-growing US-based startup is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join their remote operations team. As a Virtual Assistant, you'll handle communications, scheduling, basic data entry, and task coordination while supporting their leadership team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and email communications for executives
- Coordinate virtual meetings and follow-us
- Perform data entry and light CRM updates
- Research and compile information as needed
- Provide administrative support and reminders
Required Skills & Tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, Trello or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
